The apartment consists of one bedroom (4 x 4 meters) with a double bed and a single bed. A spacious living/dining room (5 x 4 meters) includes a dining area and space for two sofas that convert into beds. The living room can be divided by curtains into a separate living area and an additional room with two beds. Total covered area: 42 m²

Safe inside the bedroom. Air conditioning is only in the living room (which also serves as the second bedroom). The bedroom has only a ceiling fan.
The building has an indoor heated pool on the ground floor. There is a games room with ping pong and a pool table, a small cinema, 24-hour reception and security, and a laundry room with automatic machines (fee applies per use).
The apartment has exercise equipment (dumbbells, weights, a barbell, resistance bands, etc.).
The apartment has several closets with ample storage space for clothes and other items. However, some closets and overhead cabinets are locked and cannot be used, as they contain the apartment's belongings.
Wi-Fi in the apartment is provided through a Moto G35 cell phone, which can act as an internet hotspot for multiple devices. It has 5G speed and includes 20 GB of pre-loaded data per month for the tenant's use. The estimated speed of this 5G connection is approximately 200 Mbps (download) and 7 Mbps (upload). No technical or software support is provided. Tenants are responsible for configuring their devices.
There is public, uncovered parking available outside the building. Spaces are subject to availability and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Free street parking is also available nearby.
Pets, including dogs and cats, are not allowed.
Wi-Fi is available in the building's lobby on the ground floor, subject to availability. It is free and of medium speed.
The apartment is not suitable for professional use. It cannot be used for selling products or services, or for customer service.
Tenants must maintain the apartment in good condition, clean, tidy, and in working order at all times. If anything is broken, it must be repaired or replaced. A careful and responsible tenant who takes good care of the apartment is required.
The overhead cabinets in the living room and bedroom are not for use. These closets are for storing items belonging to the apartment and not for guest use. There are several other closets in the living room and bedroom that are available for guest use, with ample storage space for guests' belongings and clothing. There is a closet in the kitchen area that is also not for guest use; it is for the owner's private storage and for the apartment.
