Our sun-filled 3-bedroom apartment is private and peaceful with NO STAIRS is in the heart of downtown Jersey City and has amenities for families, business travelers, and friends alike – queen beds, A/C, WiFi, a smart TV, washer and dryer, oven, dishwasher & more! Beautiful + safe neighborhood with restaurants, shops and parks steps away & NYC just a 10 min train ride away! NO AIRBNB FEES!

The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, bars, and shops within a few steps from the apartment! Newark Ave, a pedestrian-only walking street, is filled with restaurants, bars, and shops. A few blocks in the other direction is Hamilton Park, with lawns, playgrounds, restaurants, shops, and the occasional farmers market.
The Grove St PATH Station for the train into NYC is about a 10 minute walk.
Guests have full, private access to the apartment on the bottom floor of the building. There are NO STAIRS to get inside the apartment, and all rooms are on the same floor.

The open living area is perfect for gathering, featuring a comfortable couch and smart TV for relaxing nights in. The large kitchen and dining space make it easy to host meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern stainless steel appliances, essential cook and bakeware, and plenty of counter space for preparing your favorite dishes.
All three bedrooms are designed with a transitional style that mixes warm textures, vintage-inspired details, and contemporary finishes for a cozy yet refined feel. Both bathrooms are full-sized and feature updated fixtures and details.

Public transportation to NYC and Newark Airport via the PATH train. The train is a 7 minute ride to the World Trade Center in Manhattan. Easy access by PATH train to Newark Airport and a 20 minute Uber or Lyft ride.
ADDITIONAL OFFERS:
- $125+ Private driver transfer from Newark Airport direct to the Airbnb, one way. Can be hired for departure day as well. Price may increase if a second vehicle is needed due to party size or luggage requirements.
- $250 Mini photoshoot either at the Airbnb or at the waterfront with the NYC skyline in the background. (15) final photos. Subject to availability.

Street parking is for residents only on weekdays, meaning there is a two hour limit on parking Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. Nights and weekends you can park on the street.
