airesB&B presents the Palermo Portẽnito. The Portẽnito is a new 10th Floor space efficient and bright studio apartment. It is located on the border of the bustling Palermo SoHo and the trendy Villa Crespo.
This apartment was designed by a returning digital nomad and includes all the necessary quality amenities required to be self sufficient and productive.
The apartment has a spacious 12th floor CoWork Salon for work/entertainment as well as a 13th floor rooftop pool with 360 view (Dec 2025). Dia and Jumbo stores within 2 blocks.
The space:
The Portẽnito is a bright space efficient 9th floor studio apartment with new Samsung refrigerator, air conditioner and washing machine. A TCL ULED 43” TV is in the living with articulating mount so it can be watched anywhere in the room.
The space has 2 beds, a full sized Serta mattress bed as well as a pullout single bed sofa/cama.
The kitchen is bright with table and chairs for 3 people. The kitchen incorporates a 2 element infrared glass cooktop and a countertop large air fryer. The kitchen has a toaster, coffee maker and kettle as well as all necessary cooking accessories and knives that would make a chef blush. The kitchen also has an under sink mount Culligan USA water filter to save the cost and effort of finding bottled water.
The bathroom has a medium sized corner shower, hair dryer, iron and storage. The toilet has a built in bidet
The apartment has an ample storage, including a custom cabinet with shelves and hangers as well as extra shelf unit.
The entrance has a bench and storage unit. The patio has comfortable wood table and chairs for enjoy tranquility to enjoy a coffee or work.
The rooftop has both a bright cowork/entertainment salon and a heated pool to enjoy the hot afternoons.
The lobby of the apartment has a REZ meat shop as well as both a Dia and Jumbo within 2 blocks. For fitness, there are 2 large Sports Clubs located 2 and 3 blocks away.
The Urbanito is located on the corner of Lerma and Israel and is within 4 blocks of both Avenida Corrientes (B Line) and Cordoba. A few extra blocks walk or bike ride is the spectacular Parque Centennario. There is every ethnic food choice you can wish within a 5 minute walk. 10 minutes, you are in the foodie and entertainment center of Palermo SoHo and Plaza Serrano. Walk to the South, you enter Almagro with many local Tango and cocktail bars.
Moviestar area is about 2.4km away, about a 10min Uber ride.
Additional house cleaning can be provided by AiresBnB at a small extra cost.
