Stay in a brand-new remodel in South Palm Springs—steps to the pool and next to Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort.

This bright, modern condo features a private patio with BBQ, Apple TV streaming, and access to multiple pools, hot tubs, tennis, and pickleball.

Sleeps 4 comfortably (king + queen), with updated bathrooms and walk-in showers. Assigned parking at your back door. Minutes to downtown, shopping, dining, and hiking.

Everything is updated: floors, kitchen and appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, AC and heating, water heater, bathrooms, and furnishings.

The living and dining areas are open and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. There are plenty of new, fluffy white bath towels, pool towels, and a shelf full of books to enjoy.

Step outside to your private patio with a retractable cover and BBQ. One of the community pools is right outside the living room door, and guests have access to 11 pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a gym, and a jacuzzi. Golf is available next door at Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort.

Wake up in the morning and play a round of golf or head to a nearby trailhead for a breathtaking hike. The Hermit Crest trail is just a 10-minute drive.

The condo sleeps 4 comfortably with one king bed and one queen bed, plus two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Assigned parking is located right at the back patio door. Self check-in makes arrival easy.

No pets or small children, please — though I’m open to discussing exceptions.
I can also arrange a weekly cleaning service if desired.
Villa de Los Flores is a lovely community with wonderful neighbors. That warm, welcoming vibe was a big part of why I purchased my condo here.

Close to everything but feels miles away — the perfect desert escape.

Great winter getaway

Very comfortable condo, beautifully decorated and well equipped. A small complex of very friendly neighbors and a perfect location with easy access to everything!

Inviting and Well Stocked

Lauren is a super-duper host, with quick, helpful responses to all our questions. Her ground-floor condo is in a great location with lovely, well maintained, walkable neighborhood, on the border of Palm Springs and Cathedral City. We found it attractive, thoughtfully and comfortably furnished, with well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. And parking was covered and literally just a few steps from the front door. I will gladly rebook, if it is available, when I return to the area.

Awesome winter retreat in Palm Springs

We had a wonderful stay at Lauren's great condo. Lauren has thought of everything when she decorated and prepared this condo. The kitchen is well- stocked with everything you need. The furnishings and bed are very comfortable. She supplied plenty of linens and even thought of supplying things like chip clips and plastic wrap. The location is awesome too, being close to golf and hiking trails. We had a such a great time there and highly recommend it.

Lovely Las Flores

This is a beautiful property, which has been completely remodelled. Great location, pool and grounds. Some of the pots and pans could be improved and the light and fan kept going on intermittently during the night. Couldn’t figure it out. A few wrinkles to work out, but generally a good property. We would recommend it.

Palm Springs Vacation

We stayed in the condo from March 5 to April 8 and very much enjoyed our stay in Lauren's home. The condo is exactly as pictured- completely renovated with new kitchen appliances including an air fryer which we appreciated. The condo was spotless inside when we arrived. Both queen beds were comfortable and the air conditioning/heating system worked perfectly. We enjoyed the front patio during our stay- perfect for a glass of wine in the evening. The condo is located right beside the swimming pool- the pool itself was not heated. The complex has 11 pools and the odd numbered ones (this pool is #9) are not heated in 2024 and in 2025, the even numbered pools will not be heated. The back patio includes a remote controlled awning which was much appreciated on a hot day. This patio is surrounded by a wall which offers complete privacy. Against the wall is a small garden which was in need of weeding. The barbecue is an older model but it works well and we used it frequently. Lauren was prompt to respond to our initial enquiry to rent her home as well as when we arrived, providing us with the door code to enter the home. We were somewhat disappointed with a slow response for some questions that we had during our stay but they were minor issues. The only feature missing that would earn the property an overall rating of 5 is a king bed in the master bedroom. The location in Palm Springs is perfect and we would not hesitate to recommend this property. Rose and Bill

I'm from the East Coast but have been in California for nearly 30 years. I travel a lot and wanted a retreat to relax and recharge. I have a lot of books at the condo to read and enjoy. My previous guests have all commented on how at home they felt and how comfortable the beds are.

Villa de los Flores is great. Lovely neighbors and guests throughout the year. The physical location is ideal for lunch in downtown Palm Springs or El Paseo, as well as for hiking, biking, tennis, golf, and shopping, close to it all but quiet.

Everything is new, from the floors to the appliances and bathrooms. I intentionally removed the ceiling cabinets and dropped ceiling in the kitchen to heighten the look and feel. I enjoy cooking as a hobby (having been a personal chef in a previous life), so the kitchen is well-stocked.
