Guests have full access to the entire home, including all outdoor areas and the private parking spaces with the exception of the supply closets reserved for the cleaning team. Please make yourself at home!

Other Things to Note

This is a newly renovated 1930s home, so you’ll enjoy modern finishes with a touch of original charm — please treat it with care.

The home is in a quiet residential area near downtown, so we ask guests to respect our neighbors by keeping outdoor noise to a minimum after 10 p.m.

No parties, smoking, or unauthorized guests are allowed.

Security cameras are installed on the exterior (front and back) for guest safety — no cameras inside the home.

Self check-in is available anytime after 4 p.m., and check-out is by 10 a.m.

The property is centrally located, so while you’re just minutes from Atlanta’s best attractions, city sounds and activity may occasionally be heard.

Please note that access to the upper deck is off the main bedroom.
