✓ The cabin is tucked into a wooded area, so you may occasionally spot local wildlife or insects while enjoying the outdoor spaces.
✓ The roads leading to the cabin are gravel and part of a newer developing area in Hochatown, so we recommend arriving before dark when possible and using Google Maps for the smoothest route.
✓ Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are seasonal amenities available from October 1 through March 31.
✓ The cabin is tucked in the woods, so you may see wildlife like deer and occasional insects—pretty normal for the area, especially during warmer months.
✓ We recommend using Google Maps instead of Apple Maps, as Apple Maps can be unreliable in this area of Broken Bow. We’ll also send clear arrival directions.
✓ Firewood isn’t always provided, so you may want to grab some locally for the fire pit. Please fully extinguish fires after use and clean the grill after grilling.
✓ Age requirement: The minimum age to book is 18. We kindly ask that no parties or events are held—any violations may result in immediate termination of the stay.
✓ Fireplaces (indoor & outdoor): Available for use from October 1 – March 31.
