If you're coming to Coeur d'Alene and you don't stay here… you're skipping the best part of the whole trip. Just three blocks from the lake, The Resort, and downtown, this vibrant two-story retreat puts you steps from everything families and adventurers travel to CDA for.

Start your mornings with a stroll to Independence Point Beach, where you can splash in the lake, jump off the docks, rent paddleboards, or watch boats glide across the water. Wander over to City Park, a huge, tree-shaded oasis with tennis courts, the famous wooden Fort Sherman Playground, a splash pad, wide lawns, and cozy picnic spots. Head a few blocks farther to the Carousel, the Museum of North Idaho, McEuen Park's giant playground and splash pad, pickleball courts, and miles of trails—including the iconic Tubbs Hill loop with its waterfront viewpoints and photo-worthy cliffs.

Everything from the photos? It's all right outside your door.

But the magic continues at home. Challenge the crew at the game table, cook feasts in the chef-inspired kitchen, or gather in the dining room for memory-making meals. When night comes, sink into the private hot tub under the trees or circle around the fire pit for s'mores and stories. Inside, a cozy living space, a serene primary suite, a bright queen room, and an epic bunk room make sure everyone sleeps happy.

(Outdoor furniture stored for fall/winter.)

A quick reminder to help ensure a smooth stay:
- Please do not unplug the door panel. Doing so will limit your access to the home, and a team member will need to be dispatched to restore the connection. This will result in a service fee.
- The router should only be unplugged for a quick reset—anything beyond that can interrupt systems and will also require in-person support and a service fee.
- Please do not rearrange the furniture. We aim to keep the home consistent with its listing photos for every guest. If something isn't working for your group, feel free to reach out—we're happy to help. Moving furniture back will also incur an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, a credit card processing fee of 4% of the total reservation amount will be charged. This fee will be deducted from any refund issued.
