Enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked grocery store just a few minutes drive away (Fairway), or drive a 7 minute trip to Great Bay Beach where chair and umbrella rentals await. There, if you wish, dine right on the beachfront! Not only known for its beaches, Sint Maarten has world-class dining, shopping, casinos, nightclubs, breweries, diving, boating, outdoor adventures and water sports. Love the French side? A little-known fact about this Point Blanche location is that it provides easier driving access to the French Side, thus avoiding the traffic jams that sometimes plague travelers wanting to pack several locations into one day!

Our one bedroom apartment has a modern minimalist decor, with an open floor plan featuring high ceilings and a heart-stopping view! One private bedroom adjoins a semi-private dressing room, leading to an ensuite bath. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, along with another two-seat sofa that can be pulled out for twin sleeping (can sleep up to 5). Has lg flat screen T.V. ... but isn't the real drama the mesmerizing view of the Atlantic just past the Infinity Pool? Luxuriate with sunrise coffees, or evening cocktails on the very generous sized balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, and also provided with a prep island if you wish to cook and entertain. The dining area seats 6 for guests dining in, but Sint Maarten/Saint Martin is known for its world-class eclectic cuisines! If you want to dine out - but not go far - there are several excellent restaurants and bars in the nearby Bobby’s Marina, where you can order a wide variety of dishes - or just sit at the waterside enjoying signature cocktails (sometimes live music is offered).
