Smoking
Strictly no smoking inside the studio or the entrance hallway (smoke detector installed).
Penalty up to €200 for violations.

Smoking area with an ashtray is available outside near the main door.

Bathroom
Use the bathtub carefully; avoid splashing water near the boiler.
Use the shower cap thoughtfully.
