The space
Step inside and you’ll immediately feel at home in the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area—bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for gathering. The chef’s kitchen features high-end appliances and everything you need to cook and entertain with ease. On the main level, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms: two with king beds and one with a full. This level also includes two full bathrooms, a half bath, and a convenient laundry area.

A spacious screened porch opens to the backyard oasis—complete with a private pool, hot tub, and gas grill. Whether you’re soaking up the sun, enjoying evening barbecues, or watching the kids play, this outdoor space is built for making memories.

Downstairs, the fun continues with a huge living and game room featuring a pool table, ping pong table, and plenty of lounging space for movie nights or rainy-day fun. This level also includes two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom, making it perfect for kids or extra guests.

You will enjoy full and private access to the entire property during your stay. The house has keyless entry and we'll send you the code the day before your arrival.
Other things to note
The hot tub is open year-round.

The heated pool is open from April through October.

Bicycles and beach gear are also available for you to use from April through October.

After booking, you will be required to sign a liability waiver, ensuring you agree to our house rules and assume liability when using amenities such as the hot tub and bicycles. Please be sure to complete this before your arrival so we can confirm your reservation, and feel free to reach out before booking if you would like to see the rental agreement in advance.
