For this home, we wanted the inside to reflect what our city has to offer, while you are visiting our dynamic and diversified hometown. Upon entering our home you will feel a vibrant Art Deco vibe meets modern and luxury. Your private tropical scape after a day exploring South Florida. As your local hosts, we'll provide the guidance to help you experience South Florida as locals do! PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING MY PLACE: Parties are not permitted. A general AIRBNB rule is that no loud music or intense sounds are allowed after 10 p.m. when quiet time starts. Violation to this rule will result in $500 fine. Only the guests registered in the reservation could enter in our home. No visitors allowed at any time. Smoking of any substance inside the property is prohibited. To avoid a $500 fee, please go to the designated smoking area by the outdoor patio chairs, where the ashtray is. You can smoke only cigarettes outdoors, keeping the house door closed. Your parking space are in front of the house. Avoid dealing with grumpy neighbors and unexpected tow truck rides by using any other spot. CHECK-IN TIME IS AT 3:00 PM / CHECK-OUT AT 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out or luggage storage are not available. QUESTIONNAIRE: You must answer my four questions: GUESTS: the number of guests, their names, ages, and pets; CAR: make and model; ETA & ETD: estimated arrival and departure time; and your visit's PURPOSE. If you fail to include and pay for your pet in the reservation, I will charge you a penalty of $100 per pet PLUS the pet fee of $80 per pet. The maximum number of pets is two. Extra guests not included in the reservation will pay a penalty of $100. Trash: It is mandatory to take the trash bags and recyclables to the bins at the patio, on the side of the house. If we find garbage inside the house, there will be a fine of $100. Cheers to cleanliness! Kitchen: Please wash the dishes, pots, and pans and return them to the cabinets where you found them. If you want, you can turn on the dishwasher. We will charge a $100 fine if we find dirty plates, pots, or pans. We don’t want any surprise science experiments growing in the pots, pans, sink, or anywhere in the house. Broken, Stained, or Missing Things: Accidents happen. You must advise the host if you or your guests accidentally damage or remove any items from the property. Failure to do so may result in a fine equivalent to the loss plus a $50 inconvenience fee. We would rather have an honest conversation than play detective searching for missing or damaged items. Sheets & Towels: Do not remove the sheets, blankets, or towels. Please leave them as you found them. The housekeeper will inspect, remove, and wash them. Lost & Found: Please double-check your belongings before departing to ensure you don’t leave anything behind. If you do, you will have two days to come back and rescue your lost treasures. Unfortunately, I cannot send you any products to your doorstep. Remember to pack your stuff and avoid unnecessary separation anxiety. Do not let the house door open; it damages the AC unit. If we find it opened, the guest will be charged a fine of $100 in addition to the AC repair. Message from MABEL your housekeeper: Please let me know your ETD—estimated departure time—at the Airbnb chat. I will prioritize which property to clean first based on factors like check-out times and subsequent guest check-ins. If you do not agree or will not be able to comply with my house rules, please refrain from reserving my place. It is a lovely house. Let's keep it this way.
