INDOOR SPACE-

Bedrooms – The home boasts three bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to seven guests with four separate beds. All bedrooms come with high-quality mattresses, extra pillows, cozy linens, and protective covers for a restful night after a day of fun.
•Primary Suite: King bed, direct patio access, smart TV, closet, en-suite bathroom, and chair.
•Bedroom 2: Queen bed, smart TV, closet
•Bedroom 3: Queen bed, closet
•Living Space: XL twin tri-fold mattress to be used in any space

Bathrooms - Each of our two bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, so you can pack light.
•Primary En-Suite Bathroom: Stand-up shower
•Guest Bathroom: Tub/shower combo

Kitchen - Our fully equipped kitchen is designed to have everything you need to relax and prepare your meals at home. You`ll find a complete set of cookware, bakeware, and BBQ tools, along with essential pantry staples like cooking oils, a variety of spices, coffee, and more—so you can pack light and skip the shopping. Enjoy your meals comfortably with ample seating that includes a dining table and bar seating.

Living room – Gather in the living space after a day of adventure to relax and unwind. With two chairs, one is a recliner, sofa, and smart TV, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the space. With the open concept space, your whole group can be together and enjoy both the kitchen and living room spaces.

OUTDOOR SPACE-

Step outside and soak in stunning, unobstructed mountain views. Enjoy the peace and privacy of the backyard with no neighbors behind you. The patio features a grill and a dining table for four, perfect for sharing meals al fresco while taking in the scenery. Whether it’s morning coffee or evening conversations by the fire table, this is where memories are made and cherished.

PARKING - We offer free parking in our 2-car garage, driveway, and street parking.

The home and backyard are completely yours for your stay. There is a locked cabinet in the garage for cleaning supplies/restocking, etc. Please let us know if you need anything restocked during your stay.

Our co-hosts, J and Amy, live less than 10 minutes away and can help you whenever you need. Please reach out on the message feed first. If they have not responded within 10 minutes, please give them a call. If there is an emergency or issues with your check-in code, please call them right away.

* Base rate includes 6 guests. Additional guests (up to 7 total) are $30 per night per guest.

*Our home is a No-smoking, No pets property ($500 fine if evidence is found of either at checkout) and we ask that guests remove their shoes as we strive to have the cleanest and best maintained property we can for comfortable guest stays. If you have a fully trained and medically needed service dog, we would appreciate prior notice so that we can prepare for it. Thank you!

* Please keep noise to a minimum in respect for our neighbors, especially outside. Quiet hours are 10:00PM-8:00 AM. If management is called out for a complaint, there will be a fee of $100.

*Guest Limitations - The home and backyard are for REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. If you have a need for a gathering, please contact co-hosts for prior approval. Fees may apply. Unregistered guests using or spending time in the property could result in removal of guest from the property.

* The propane devices should be operated and supervised by adults only.

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS: 10:00 am
1) Locate garage door opener and place it on the kitchen counter. Replacement fee if lost.
2) Start one load of towels on HOT.
3) Load and start the dishwasher.
4) Sign out of apps on all TVs. Locate all remotes and leave them in plain view in their respective rooms.
5) Please set AC/Heater unit to 79 in the summer, and 69 in the winter.
6) Lock all doors and windows.
7) A quick message letting J and Amy know you have checked out is very helpful to housekeeping.
