Pets: Well-behaved cats and dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee:

$250 per pet for stays of 30 days or longer

$100 per pet for shorter stays
Please keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them in the yard (poop bags are provided).

No Smoking / Open Flames:
Smoking, candles, and any open flames are strictly prohibited inside the property.

Parking:
Garage access is only available for guests staying 30 days or more.
Driveway parking and additional street parking are available.

Kitchen: You are welcome to use the kitchen. Please wash dishes and tidy up after use. Supplies are provided.

Guest Limit: The property accommodates up to 6 guests. No additional overnight guests are allowed without prior approval.

Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages. Please report any issues right away so we can address them quickly.

Respect: Please treat the property as if it were your own.

Camera:
A Ring doorbell is installed at the front door for security purposes. It is in place to enhance the safety and security of both guests and the property. Its primary purpose is to monitor occupancy for liability reasons. We kindly ask that you do not interfere with the cameras to maintain their functionality.
