With capacity for 8 people, this apartment offers a comfortable and convenient accommodation experience in Buenos Aires. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom, plus 2 additional sofa beds. Enjoy a separate laundry room, air conditioning in all rooms and a partially equipped kitchen to prepare your meals. Its location is excellent, 100 meters from Avenida Santa Fe and 50 meters from Avenida Pueyrredón, with easy access to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. We offer high-speed internet so you can stay connected.

Guest Access:
We have a brand new app called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit by this channel. The deposit is refunded between 7 and 14 days after your departure. In the app, you will have a direct contact with your personal host. Deposits vary between USD 50 for studio apartments and 1 bedroom to USD 800 for 8 or more bedrooms.

Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Other Things to Note:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
