Located just minutes from hiking trails, the Truckee River, and the charming Verdi distillery. Only 10 min. from Reno and 20 min. from Truckee, Northstar, and other highly sought out locations. Whether you’re here to explore, unwind, or work remotely, this retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, adventure, and relaxation.

Our home is decked head to toe with amenities you’ll be sure to enjoy!

• Entire house is set up on a high end water filtration system. Delicious drinking water is available right from the sink.
• Our garage has a full gym for guests to use. Squat rack, free weights, cable machine, and Peloton treadmill!
• End the evening in our relaxing 6 person Martinique hot tub.
• If you are enjoying our home during a holiday, we also have permanent outdoor customized lighting. Send us a message are we are happy to apply a fun custom lighting display to make your holidays more enjoyable.

**Please note** Our home is located close to a freeway for easy accessibility. While there may be occasional traffic sounds, most guests find it fades into the background. There are sound machines in each room to ensure a good nights sleep.
Guest access

The entire house is accessible to guests :)

House rules:
- This is a family neighborhood. Quiet hours are 9pm-8am
- No smoking inside or outside the property of any kind (cigarettes, vapes, pipes, cigars, etc.)
- While we love our furry friends, please no pets!
- No parties of any kind so please don’t throw one
- Please respect our neighbors as they are wonderful people
- Please be mindful of the spa rules
- Please DO NOT flush anything besides toilet paper. All sanitary items, diapers, hair etc, must go in the trash can.
- Identity verification required. All reservations require the booking guest to complete vrbo's identity verification and be the primary occupant of the home. Third-party bookings are not permitted. Failure to complete identity verification or misrepresentation of the booking guest may result in cancellation of the reservation without access to the property.
