This lovely home is conveniently located on a main road lined with sidewalks that connect to everything you need for a great stay! Groceries, shopping, food, coffee, and convenient stores are right down the road. The Ashley Park neighborhood is comprised of many remodeled and custom new-construction homes. The neighbors are pleasant and keep to themselves. It’s an urban environment and there is traffic, but being centrally-located to downtown means all of the conveniences are just minutes away!
There are lots of stores and restaurants within walking and biking distance. Downtown is a few minute drive, or quick Uber/Lyft ride. The house has ample driveway parking with spaces for 6 or more vehicles

The home has a large private yard, a covered patio, a big jacuzzi, and a firepit — the perfect setup for unwinding, entertaining, or enjoying your morning coffee or late-night hangout outdoors.
