Quiet Hours

Out of respect for our neighbours, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. No loud music, gatherings, or parties during this time.

Registered Guests Only

Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Day visitors are welcome with prior approval.

Cleanliness

Please leave the space tidy.

Wash any used dishes before checkout

Place garbage and recycling in the designated bins

Report any damage or issues right away so we can address them promptly

BBQ and Outdoor Use

You’re welcome to use the BBQ on the patio. Please turn off the propane tank after use and clean the grill once it’s cooled.

Parking

Free parking is available in the driveway. Please do not block the sidewalk or neighbours’ driveways.

Safety and Security

Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not share your entry code with anyone outside your group.
