By Car: Most attractions, shops, and restaurants are a quick 3–8 minute drive away. There’s ample on-site parking for guests.

Walking Distance: Enjoy a scenic stroll to the lakefront, local cafés, and public beaches.

Bike-Friendly: The area has smooth bike paths and lake trails perfect for exploring Clear Lake’s charming neighborhoods and shoreline.

Nearby Access: Downtown Clear Lake, City Park, Surf Ballroom, and Marina are all within a short drive or walk.



Other Things to Note:

The minimum stay for this property is 2 weeks, and we’re unable to accept bookings shorter than 13 days. This helps us maintain the quality and consistency of each stay.



In addition, as part of the HOA policy, we kindly ask that you provide your car plate number before arrival to ensure smooth check-in and compliance with community rules.



We’re happy to host your furry friend! We allow one pet under 50 lbs (23 kg) with a $250 fee per stay. Pets must be house-trained, well-behaved, and mentioned in your booking message. Please keep them off the furniture and beds, clean up after them outside, and make sure they’re crated if left alone.
