Wunderschön in kühlen, frischen Tönen dekoriert, werden Sie sich gezwungen fühlen, auf der großen Sektion zu entspannen und die Wellen direkt vor den Fenstern zu beobachten oder sich auf die überdachte Terrasse zurückzulehnen und die wundervolle Meeresbrise zu genießen. Relaxing beach get away!

This is a cute beach house, it has everything you need at the beach. I loved being able to just walk down the stairs and be right on the beach!

Great place; poor housekeeping

Great location with walkover to the beach. The water was beautiful this year. However, if you enjoy sitting on the balcony and looking at the ocean, the adirondack chairs were very uncomfortable and the height of the railing was directly in the line of vision—so disappointing! The house was recently updated and was very nice, but the housekeeping service was awful. When we arrived and started to unload our groceries, luggage we noticed beds were unmade in the bunk room. Upon further inspection, the sheets were dirty and the floor had not been swept. The refrigerator smelled of old fish and had not been cleaned. During this time of COVID-19, we were hoping extra precautions were taken to ensure everything was cleaned and sanitized upon our arrival. Luckily, we brought cleaners/sanitizers and cleaned the entire house. There were only 6 towels, & bath cloths for everyone so take extra! There was a large storage room downstairs (under the house) with extra floats, beach chairs and a hot/cold shower. The charcoal grill needed to be replaced. Also, old/used charcoal was dumped on the concrete beside the grill. Trash and debris had blown up and should have been cleaned prior to the arrival of the next guest.

Hey Barry, I appreciate you taking the time to send a review. As I do agree things should have been tidy at the time of arrival, I truly wish we had the opportunity to make things right during your stay. We are available any time of day or night and would have had housekeeping back out to do the needed additional cleaning. We do not advertise grills for any of our homes because we just cannot guarantee the condition of them. The salty air really does a number on them and they rust quite quickly. All of our staff within the office has been with us for a number of years and we are truly customer oriented, so we hope that you will give a chance to provide a better experience in the future. I'm happy to hear you enjoyed the recent updates to Oh Me By the Sea and our beautiful beaches!

Spring break trip

The location is hard to beat! Having the beach right out the back door is unbelievable! This isn’t the 1st time we’ve stayed at Oh Me By The Sea but we’ll probably be looking for something else next time. Ownership changed in 2021 and you can tell new owners aren’t maintaining it as needed. It’s becoming very run down and dated. I could list specifics but too many to mention. For the $$ spent we can easily be happy somewhere else. Love the beach and the location! Fam had a great time. Till next time Ft Morgan!!

Great family vacation!

Great beach house directly on the beach. The location is the best part about this house. You could wake up and enjoy the great view and sounds of the ocean. 2-3 good restaurants close by to enjoy or all the cooking essentials if you prefer to cook/eat in. The grill needs to be replaced as we were unable to use it. We were a little disappointed that the house wasn’t super clean. Bathrooms looked like someone cleaned the vanity at best. Shower curtain covered in mold and they only provided 6 bath towels for our stay. Overall, we had a great time. I would however find a new cleaning company.

A Perfect Getaway

We originally booked this 9 months ago -- a friend planned on joining us from England plus we were planning on bringing our son and his friend. We were also planning on meeting up with some other families. Then came COVID-19 and all plans went out of the window. Eventually, my wife and I decided to come down anyway because we needed a break -- it was just the two of us and we had a fantastic, relaxing time. "Oh Me By The Sea" is a great place, and you couldn't be more conveniently located for the beach -- this one is a keeper!
