This peaceful lakefront home sits 3–4 miles down a quiet country road, offering privacy with direct lake access. The duplex-style floor plan includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and multiple common spaces, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.

Army Corps doesn't allow boat and jet ski mooring for visitors.

Boaters: While mooring at the dock isn’t allowed, a public boat launch is located just 3 miles away, making it easy to get your boat on the water. Theodosia Marina also offers slips and rentals.”

Guests have full access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces. Outdoors, enjoy the covered patio with grill, hammocks, fire pit, and private dock for swimming, lounging, and fishing. Kayaks and a paddle board are provided for lake fun. Parking is available for multiple vehicles and trailers. For boating, Theodosia Marina is just minutes away with slips and rentals available.

We give guests their privacy but are available by phone or Airbnb messaging if needed during your stay.

The lakehouse is about 20 minutes from Theodosia, where you’ll find dining at Cookie’s (marina restaurant with homemade pies), Saintz BBQ, and Lost Woods Pub. A new Mexican spot, El Tule Oaxaca, is also nearby. Outdoor lovers can explore Bull Shoals Lake, Mark Twain National Forest, or take a scenic drive along Glade Top Trail. For a slower pace, enjoy Lost Woods Golf Course or visit local historic sites.

The property is 3–4 miles down a maintained dirt road, easily accessible with a standard vehicle. Free parking is available on-site for multiple vehicles and trailers. A public boat launch is just 3 miles away, and Theodosia Marina offers boat slips, fuel, and supplies. The nearest gas station and grocery store are in Theodosia. Outdoor enthusiasts can reach Mark Twain National Forest and Jones Point hunting grounds within a short drive, while Branson, MO, is about an hour away for dining, shows, and shopping.
