This home is wonderful! Although it is updated with so many amenities, the original character and charm remain. The property was extremely clean and supplied very well. There were many towels and washcloths as well. The beds were quite comfortable and the linens were excellent. We loved relaxing in the home theater in the evenings. Josh is a fantastic host and you can tell the pride he has in this property. We would most definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you, Josh!

Host was very helpful with recommendations, TV adjustments, key code, and using the grill. Everything was as good or better than expected. Made several meals in the well equiped kitchen. We had lots of towels and other things we needed. I did a load of laundry and the equipment was easy to use. I would definitely stay here again, and give this my best recommendation.

The house was very clean and newly remodeled. Very convenient to walk to the Main Street in Sylvania. There is a driveway for parking. I would gladly stay here again!

This home was the perfect spot for our weekend to Sylvania for a wedding! My husband and I, along with our three adult children and one boyfriend, really enjoyed this as home base for our weekend activities. Great location, clean, charming, and quite comfortable for lounging before hitting the town. My only wish is that the weather had cooperated so we could have enjoyed the back patio area! Next time!

Absolutely gorgeous home in a fantastic location. Great living space on each floor. Enormous primary bedroom. Loved the rail theme and all the updated fixtures and furniture. Walking distance to Main Street galleries, shops, bars, and restaurants. And Josh was great: frequent communication, made himself available (though we didn’t need him). Hope to stay here again when we are back visiting family.

We loved our 3- night stay at this property. We were in town to visit family. Check in was very easy. Host provided all needed info and was very resposive. Property is extremely clean and just as it appears in photos. Setting is a quiet and peaceful .The kitchen is very well equipped and made meal prep and hosting family easy. The coffee lovers in my family appreciated the Nespresso machine and capsules provided. We enjoyed gathering around the table in the dining room and chatting on the porch. The beds were comfortable and linens high quality. This home has been beautifully restored with much attention to detail. We also loved the proximity to resturants and shops just 1 block away. Will definitely stay again.

The house was in a perfect location to walk into downtown Sylvania for a glass of wine or a bite to eat. And, the outdoor space was perfect for a nice, cool summer evening with a fire.
