The landing on the top floor ties all the rooms together under a stylish Tiffany hanging lamp and leads to the fully renovated bathroom with a tiled shower, terrazzo floors, a well-lit vanity space, Delta brand bathroom fixtures and ample towel bars and hooks.

Main Floor – Gathering Spaces & Chef’s Kitchen

Start in the Grand Foyer, featuring an antique switch lantern, custom staircase railing and gorgeous house plants. Unwind in the formal living room, featuring an enclosed gas fireplace, a leather sofa and two club chairs, a wooden chess set and Sonos speaker. From there, the arched entryway leads to the formal dining area, where a gorgeous wood table comfortably seats six. The bright, window‑filled kitchen opens to the backyard through sliding glass doors and is a chef’s dream with a Viking range, farmhouse sink, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee, tea and espresso makers. On this level you’ll also find access to the furnished front porch – perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Lower Level – Private Theatre & Wellness Zone

The fully refinished basement is designed for entertainment. Enjoy movie nights in the theatre room with an 85‑inch TV, Sonos speaker, a huge and comfortable sectional and an Ekornes Stressless chair and ottoman. There’s also a very spacious full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a full‑length mirror and granite vanity. A lobby area downstairs provides space for coats and shoes, and the adjoining laundry room doubles as an exercise area, so you can keep up your routines even while traveling.

Outside, you’ll find plenty of space to enjoy the fresh air on the property with all the amenities of Downtown Sylvania literally around the corner. The aforementiond covered front porch boasts stylish rattan furniture and cozy lighting. The spacious back lawn is perfect for frisbee, football or other yard games with a large open field and over a half-acre lot in total size. The long concrete driveway offers ample off‑street parking and nearly everything you could need is walkable from the property.

Art galleries, restaurants, a pizzeria, bakeries, coffee shops, a brewery, salons, boutique stores, flower shops, an Ace hardware store and more are walking distance from the property! Additionally, the grocery store and public library are only another block away and two different parks are within walking distance, boasting pickle ball and a swimming pool respectively. With so much to do nearby, you can park your car once and literally walk to everything you could possibly need.
