LOWER LEVEL

Living room: this expansive room features a luxe wrap-around sofa, elegant swivel chairs, plush blankets, and a 78” Apple TV—with seamless walk-out access to the screened patio and pool deck.



Dining room: this elegant room features a long rectangular dining table with seating for up to 10, styled with refined tableware and glassware. Surrounded by Caymanian art and island-inspired decor, this memorable space is generously sized for effortless hosting, ideal for formal dinners, buffet-style gatherings or even business meetings.



Kitchen: fully stocked with modern appliances including a large fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, gas cooktop, kettle, microwave, oven, warming drawer, slow-cooker, air fryer, food processor, blender, cookware, flatware, glassware, cutlery and kitchen island with high-top bar seating for five. Double-door access leads to the pool area.



Laundry room: equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and steamer. Laundry detergent, fabric softener and Oxi clean are provided complementary to guests. There are also basic cleaning supplies if required. Located directly off the kitchen with direct side-door access to the driveway.



Breakfast Room: a peaceful room featuring an elegant round wooden table with four cozy chairs. Filled with soft morning light, it is perfect for slow mornings as an ideal coffee wake-up spot with a selection of interesting Caymanian reads.



Entry way: The entryway is adjacent to the dining room and offers a convenient bench for sitting, a full-length mirror, and space to store shoes—keeping the home organized and relaxed from the moment you arrive.

OUTSIDE

Pool area: cool off in our large, private pool oasis nestled among lush palms and local forest. Relax and sunbathe on one of four plush, cushioned loungers with umbrellas. The area includes a serene outdoor shower surrounded by vibrant tropical plants and smooth natural stone flooring, perfect for cooling off after swimming or sunbathing. Comfortable outdoor seating completes this ultimate tropical retreat.



The pool depth ranges from 4 to 6 feet deep, with a shallow shelf perfect for lounging or paddling for kids. It is shallower in the middle and deep at both ends. The pool deck is accessible through the retractable screens in the screened patio room and from the kitchen. Pool and beach towels are provided.



Front Veranda: Enjoy your morning coffee on our wrap around front veranda while spotting some of Cayman’s rarest wildlife. Surrounded by the soothing sounds of local birds, the veranda features multiple cozy spaces with comfortable seating areas including a hammock and large sofa day bed.



Screened patio room: accessible from both the living room and master suite, this fully screened patio features a spacious outdoor dining table seating 10, plus a lounge area with a plush sofa and two oversized armchairs. Retractable screens offer seamless pool access by day and mosquito-free outdoor living by night.



Driveway: Long, private gravel driveway leading to a paved parking area near the side entrance of the house for ease of arrival. Parking available for up to 8 cars. Includes a three-point turning circle for easy manoeuvring.



UPPER LEVEL

Office: modern, light-filled office space featuring a spacious two-tier desk, ergonomic office chair, high-speed Wi-Fi — perfect for remote work, business travelers or digital nomads seeking productivity and comfort.



Family TV room: a cozy TV den featuring plush leather sofas, soft blankets, and comfortable armchairs—perfect for relaxing nights in. Enjoy a cinematic experience on the 65" TV with surround sound and streaming access. A relaxing space to unwind and catch your favorite shows in total comfort. Optional kids toys available upon request.

Important notes :

- For each stay we do require a USD $2500 refundable security deposit. You will be sent a secure payment link via email 14 days from your booking date to collect this security deposit and it will be refunded back to your card 7 days after check-out pending inspection for damages or missing items.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to all areas of the property once booked, except the garage and private owners closets.



The Neighborhood:

This property is a hidden gem located in the quiet Savannah district, the exact midway point of Cayman. You are perfectly positioned halfway between 7-mile beach and East End. This allows you closer access to majority of Cayman's wildlife experiences and historical sites located on the eastern side of the Island. It is far away enough from the rush of the 7-mile beach strip that you can enjoy an undisturbed stay of privacy and tranquility, while being close enough to visit via a short drive.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car to explore the island fully.

Upon arrival your host will greet you, handover the keys and give you a quick tour of the property to ensure a comfortable stay.
