1. Security Deposit. Guests must: (1) read our entire listing and house rules section, (2) sign our rental agreement shortly after booking & ID must be provided, (3) provide security deposit and (4) full payment prior to check-in.
*Security deposit hold required of $1,000.00. Deposit hold to be processed by host on guest's credit card or other method mutually agreed by the host and the gusts. Deposit hold will be taken out 2 days after booking and returned in full 2 days after check out, absent damages/violations, if any.
2. There are cameras on the exterior of the home. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home.
3. Please note that this is a row house with a separate basement level unit so you may see us / others staying in the lower-level unit.
4. Please note the fireplace in The Victorian Palace does not work as it is about 100 year old.
5. Most of the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the bigger side as the house is about 3,000 sq ft.

7. We offer a free garage parking spot in an Apartment Building close to the townhouse. Walking to the parking garage takes about 3 minutes. Please note the parking space is about 74’’ wide, so it is most suitable for a compact car. If your vehicle does not fit in the parking space, there is usually street parking available in the area. Pay attention to all parking signs to avoid tickets!
Please note the host is not responsible for any damage or fines (due to violations of the building’s parking rules or the city’s parking regulations) as a result of guest’s use of the parking space provided by the host or street parking.
8. Quiet Hours. You MUST keep noise to a minimum from 10pm to 7am.
