Long Lake Beach Side Cottage

Direct Long Lake frontage, awesome views, steps to the water ! This two bedroom cottage has new wood floors , queen beds & queen pullout sofa sleeper. There is a full kitchen, roomy living room-dining room, bathroom
Included are, kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boat,a rowboat, two long docks to fish from ,fire pit, basketball & also tennis a block away. Across the street is a little country store for awesome pizza, Moomers Ice cream , bait, fishing license . We are a no smoking property.

This cottage has wonderful views of the lake! It is steps from the water .
There are new wood floors, great beds, very restful area. The guests provide their own linens and towels. We provide the mattress pads, pillows, pillow covers and bed quilts. There is a little store across the street for anything you forgot in town, + home made ice cream & pizza, wine & beer. We are a no smoking property.
There are other cottages on the property , some have been coming for 22 years . We are all respectful of each other . No loud parties . It’s a do unto others as you would have them do to you, kind of place. I hope you become one of our many repeat guests.

The guests have The Whole space of the cottage, 160 ft of beautiful frontage on Long Lake. There is a private patio & gas grill , fire pit & basket ball also (shared)

We love meeting our guests & respecting their privacy ,whenever we are around.

Our property is a 7 miles to downtown Traverse City shopping and restaurants, 30 minutes to Sleeping Bear Dunes & Lake Michigan. There are lots of bike trails all over. Long Lake is known for good fishing also. Renting a boat or jet ski is very easy also, charter fishing on the Bay or Lake Michigan is really fun too! Beautiful Sunsets abound !!!☀️☀️☀️

Getting around is easy by car.

It’s fun to meet the other guests that are staying with us. They are wonderful people!
Our property is a no smoking property.
We would like our guests to treat our property like they owned it.

1: Be respectful of other guests, noise, language, attitude.

2: Ensure boats and water toys are tied up how you found them after each use.

3: Bring all trash to the containers at the road before checking out.

4: No Diving off the docks, please be safe.

5: Always have proper life vests in your boat. Bring your own that fit you properly.

6: Before you leave put dishes in dishwasher.

7: No extra guests. As a shared property we value all guests privacy and quiet enjoyment equally.
