The Neighborhood:

Located in a Private, Gated Community. Summit and Sky offers the blend of being far enough away to enjoy seclusion and views, but just a short drive to PF, Gatlinburg, or Wears Valley.



Getting Around:

We always recommend 4x4 or all wheel drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin roads features wide paved roads all the way to the gated community. In normal weather, 2WD vehicles can navigate to the cabin with ease, but we always recommend a AWD or 4WD vehicle when navigating the smokies.



Other Things to Note:

Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.



Multiple Propane tanks are provided for the fire pits and gas grill.



Pool is open from May 1st to August 31st. Catch and Release Fishing Pond open year round (BRING OWN FISHING EQUIPMENT)



Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, bathing toiletries and coffee are provided. If staying for more than a few days of time, we suggest to purchase more for your stay.



We always suggest driving in town with either an AWD or 4WD vehicle. This cabin is completely paved, wide roads, and minimal steepness, so you should be able to navigate to the cabin with any vehicle. But due to other roads in town or weather, we always like to recommend either an AWD or 4WD vehicle.



There is a Ring Camera on the front deck facing towards driveway and parking area.



This cabin sleeps 20 guests maximum.
