It is very important for us to live in a green environment, this is why the plants of the house must be watered every Wednesday and Saturday by my staff in a lapse between 11am-3pm. We will remind you on the day before every visit. Thanks in advance for your collaboration.

We understand how important it is to feel safe and comfortable during your stay, and we’re proud to offer an apartment where you can truly relax.



Due to it's privileged location, the apartment may experience some local traffic noise at peak traffic jam hours. For your comfort, earplugs are always provided and can be found in the living room, under the TV, placed on a tray.



Regarding key access, please note that at the landscape shrub location indicated in your arrival instructions, you’ll find two Masterlock boxes. Ours is the fully black Masterlock, which you should use to retrieve the keys.
