Get ready to relax in this roomy, sunny 3-bedroom house in Raleigh. This fabulous property features a king bed, queen bed, and twin bed with trundle, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. With amenities like a full and spacious kitchen, soaking tub, hair dryer, washer and dryer, you'll feel right at home. Plus, there's a beautiful open living room space with a sofa bed. The pool (unheated) is pristine and available seasonally in late spring through early fall. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

This property must be booked by a guest at least 25 years of age with prior reviews on the platform which meet host standards. Host has the final say in whether to book any guest. The main booker/guest must be present on site at check-in and throughout the stay. The stay/occupancy may not be transferred to any other party. The quantity of additional guests on site, and their identities, must match what has been provided to the host at the time of booking. Each individual counts as a unique person, against the total guest number. Host does not differentiate regarding people stopping by or not staying overnight--each person counts toward your total, and we must know all of their identities for safety and legal reasons. Extra charges apply for guests numbering more than 6. Check with host about any questions. Additional/unauthorized people on the premises is grounds for immediate cancellation of the stay, with no refund.

Guest can expect to see a teammate from the host's property team on the premises for a short time each day, during daylight hours, for routine garden and pool maintenance.
