5☆ `We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and had so many thoughtful touches that made it feel extra comfortable and homey. I really appreciated all the small details, like plenty of hooks for towels and clothes (such a simple thing that makes a big difference!), and noise machines in every room—which were a huge help at bedtime.
The house was very well stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to games for the whole family. The kids had an amazing time swimming in the river—it was definitely a highlight of the trip.

5☆ `This property is perfect if you want a peaceful location. The beds are large, two of the bedrooms have attached bathrooms, the upstairs bedroom is a cozy private getaway within the getaway. The kitchen has enough plates, glasses, mugs and bowls so that even our group of 5 didn’t need to wash dishes through the day. And we were mostly eating in. Noor left a bag of very nice coffee which we were happy to use. The town of Saugerties also seems to have a lot of shopping options, including a DSW! Very accessible to the towns of Woodstock, Rhinebeck, and Kingston, and to several waterfalls and beautiful hiking trails. This is a very secluded location, and all facilities have to be driven to, it is not for you if you like the convenience of urban downtown type spaces. We really enjoyed sitting in the living room and on the patio and simply gazing at the calm Esopus creek.` -Vidula

5☆ `What a wonderful getaway, home and host! Noor was the most wonderful host. She communicated well, was flexible and so very organized - instructions were so clear and easy to find. Her home is spectacular. Newly renovated, comfortable, cozy and super fun situated right on the creek. We appreciated the well organized and stocked games, towels, kitchen. Felt right at home. ✹ PETS: We are a pet-friendly property, but please inform us in advance if you’ll be bringing one.
We accept up to 2 dogs, provided that they are well-behaved, do not cause any damage such as chewing or scratching, and each weighs 50 lbs or less.
For your convenience, we provide blankets specifically tailored for your four-legged companions for use when sitting on furniture or beds.
Our pet fee is $125 for a maximum of two (2) dogs during the rental period.

✹ TRAIN: From time to time you may hear the distant rumble of a train passing through the valley, a reminder of the area’s history and small-town character. For lighter sleepers, we’ve placed sound machines in each bedroom to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

✹ ACCESS: Every guest group will receive a unique key code to access the house. For the safety of our guests, this code is changed after each stay.
