This property accommodates up to 8 guests. The primary and first guest bedroom both feature queen-size beds. The second guest bedroom includes a twin bunk bed and a single twin bed. Additionally, the living room has a queen pull-out sleeper sofa.


The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances including a fridge, stovetop, oven, and dishwasher—making it easy to prepare snacks or full family meals. You’ll also enjoy central air conditioning, WiFi, and all the comforts of home. Just steps from the sparkling Gulf waters—only four houses from beach access—this charming vacation home offers partial ocean views between beachfront homes and a peaceful, laid-back setting far from the crowds. Whether you seek a tranquil retreat or an adventurous getaway, this beachfront property provides it all—modern amenities, refreshing ocean air, and an exceptional location just steps from the shoreline.


You must be 25 or older to book this property. No smoking, no parties or events.


This home is dog-friendly, small dogs only. Limit two dogs. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday between 9-5. YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE.
Rules for renting with a dog:
-Your dog must be older than 9-months.
-Your dog must always remain on a leash when outside of the house.
-You must clean up after your dog.
-No excessive barking.
-Paid pet fee of $120 PER PET
Failure to follow these rules WILL result in immediate eviction of you or your dog, with no returned money.
