Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 4 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms , 2 floor town house. The whole house is carpeted, except the bathroom and the kitchen.This is not a luxurious but comfortable town house.

-Uber/Lyft $10-$15 to anywhere on the Strip
-This is not a brand new house and there is some wear and tear. Total interior livable area: 1330 sqft

*Please note: the house decor can change due to wear and tear, I.e., throw pillow colors, linen/towel colors may be different. However, the layout, space and furniture will remain the same, or as close as possible in the event an exact piece isn't available.

Please feel free to enjoy all the items in the house. (The garage will be available after May)

Can I receive mail, shipping or delivery?
Yes, We have no responsibility or guarantee to receive your letters, shipping, delivery. Additional services are available at an additional charge. Please make sure that your courier is delivered during your stay as we are unable to hold or receive the courier for you. Thank you for understanding.
Other things to note
The property is privately owned, the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

The fan light in the dining area on the first floor will make noise when it is in the minimum gear, and the other gears are fine. There are a few stairs on the second floor that will make a little creaking sound, please don’t be scared, that’s normal .

The lamp on the desk in bedroom #5 is a touch switch.

Numbers of staying cannot exceed numbers of guests booked.
Home cannot be occupied or used for any commercial or business purpose without prior approval.
-NO DRUGS
-NO PARTIES
-NO SMOKING. no smoking inside the house of any substance, including VAPE or e-cigarettes. A $200/day penalty will be incurred if any signs or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest check out.
-Any damage made to the property or furnishings which exceeds deposit amount will be billed to the guest.
-We ask guests to kindly dispose of food in the trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. If garbage disposal or any part of the plumbing is damaged or clogged during the guests stay, the guest will be responsible for the plumber’s fee at check out.
-All items in the house have been accounted for, any item removed from premises will charged to the guest at check out.
-Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Housekeeping will wash all the laundry.
-Damaged or severely stained linens, furniture and carpet will be billed to the guests at check out.
-Please be mindful when moving oversized items into the rooms. Damaged doors and walls will be charged to the guest at check out.
-If kitchen utensils are used, please put them in the dishwasher before you check out. Kitchenware is sanitized for the next guest to use.
-According to your order number, we provide the appropriate number of bath towels(2 sets per member)
-You can check in any time after 4:00pm or check out before 11 am. We do not offer free early check-in or late check-out. It will be charged $20 per hour. If you have special needs, please contact us in advance.

Please check everything in the house when you check in, if there is any damage in the property, it will be claimed.

TRASH DAY
Trash day is Thursday. If you come on a day when trash is still in the bin, please give us grace.

INSECTICIDE
Although we have pest control monthly. However, you may still see a bug during your stay.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please don't forget your personal belongings. Shipping service fee: $20 and shipping at your own expense.

We only provide a basic set of pot/pans/cooking utensils. Baking sheets/pans or other kitchen items may not be available. If you have a specific question, let us know!
