🚫 No On-Site Parking:
There’s no parking on the property or directly in front of the house. Paid lots are nearby, and street parking may be available, but we can’t guarantee it.

🐶 Pet Fee:
$25 per pet, per night.

🛋️ Sofa Bed / Air Mattress Linens:
Need extra sheets or towels? Let us know at least 24 hours before check-in, and we’ll happily provide them.

❄️ No Central A/C:
The unit includes a portable A/C and a tower fan for your comfort.

🚶‍♀️ Second-Floor Unit:
You’ll need to walk up two flights of stairs to access the unit. If stairs are an issue, another listing may be more suitable.

We provide a starter pack of 4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom to get you started. For longer stays, guests are responsible for replenishing their own consumables once the initial supply is used.
