This was the best Vrbo we have ever stayed in. The layout was perfect, the views were amazing, and it was extremely comfortable! The property was clean. The beach view was absolutely beautiful, and the neighborhood was very quiet. The house was very child friendly. We loved the fireplace and being able to keep our windows open at night to hear the ocean waves. This honestly was a dream house. We would highly recommend this rental. We are hoping to go back in the future. Thank you for giving us such an incredible memory!

The highlight was the porch to beach amenity! The view was beautiful. We appreciated it being one story, not a lot of steps. We could have used updated printed directions for how to turn on regular and streaming TV channels. Rooms were clean and nice decor with ocean theme, so appropriate. Host company very attentive and helpful as needed. All of us really enjoyed ourselves and want to return. Parking worked for us.

This house has the living room and kitchen right off the deck and steps to the sand. It's big enough for our children and grandchildren. It's a perfect beach house! I give it a 5 star with reservations only because it only makes it harder to get reservations for this charming house. We also come back for a adult retreat in October. I bring a book and sit on the deck overlooking the ocean. This property has so much privacy on both sides. We see dolphins every year, but this time they did circus acts which was amazing!!! Love working with RE/MAX girls, they greet you with a smile every time.

Please invest in a new couch! We had to put the blue pillows from the fireplace on top of the boards. Also, please invest in better beds! They are so uncomfortable. Dean and I sadly left a day early because we could not get comfortable on the couch and couldn't spend another night in the beds. With that being said, we were extremely happy with how well the home is stocked! Awesome! Sadly, we probably won't rent this home again, but Remax is awesome! Well definitely use your company again next year!

Wonderful family getaway

We stayed for a long weekend with extended family from Western New York. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, etc. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well appointed. The open floorplan allowed for a great family visit

Short Wknd for the Family

Our family really liked the fact that this single story house had a deck & steps onto the sandy beach, had multiple off street parking spaces on a quiet lane near a playground area. We found the lighting dark w/confusing controls and TV channels hard to navigate (Spectrum, Pluto, streaming, etc???) and were disappointed that we were unable to watch Dodgers baseball games there. Otherwise, the unit was well stocked, everything seemed to work as expected. The location is obviously the primary reason to book!

It is a quiet community and you can hear the ocean even from inside the house. Lots of spaces to hang out inside and outside and enjoy the space (we didn't leave once we got there).A couple of minor items - the water heater was spotty (hot to cold randomly throughout a shower, even if you were the first or only one showering) and things are definitely dated in the home. The ultimate staycation

I live in the neighborhood but not on the sand. I rented this home because I had friends and family coming into town for a funeral service and I needed a place for them to stay and for me to rest and relax the night before and after the funeral. I loved it so much I am thinking about renting it out again for my upcoming 50th birthday. The view of the beach and water are amazing. Sunsets as always are amazing on this west facing beach, but there is something to be said about waking up right on the beach and watching dolphins in the ocean and horses being ridden on the sand. It was awesome. Neighbors were very friendly too.

It's had several improvements over the years, all appreciated. It's big and comfortable. Remax is great at responding to repairs. The bathroom mechanisms to hold the windows up need repair. Some cleaning from termite dust is needed in the window sills. We feel like this is home and will be happy to return many times.

When you walk into the front door and look out to the sand and beach all your worries go away. Enough rooms for my grown children and grandchildren. We never wander out to eat. We do venture out to the Von's grocery store, otherwise we our beach bound. We play games, have family time which is hard to do when you are home.You will fall in love with this house and make many memories.

Great location for practicing mermaids, surfers boogie boards and sun worshippers! Lots of room.Only thing is the back den/(super cute deco) Full/queen futon/ with 2 twin bedroom adjacent with (accordion doors) The Futon and and 1 twin were pretty really uncomfortable. But did have room for a blow up, and perfect for kids room. P.s no A/C bring fan.. so if forecast high humidity! (we went out and bought 4 at Walmart =) Stocked with bare essentials,no extra like some we stay in before. So be sure to bring board games,boogie boards,chairs and umbrellas for down by the beach!
