A quiet, refined 2-bedroom retreat on Peak 7 — with gondola and mountain views from the private balcony, a king suite, gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace, and access to hot tubs, steam room, and heated parking. Gondola access to Peak 8 and Main Street a short walk away. For guests who want the full Breckenridge experience with a little more space and a little less noise.

Crystal Peak Lodge sits at the base of Peak 7 — quieter than the Peak 8 base area, with direct trail access and gondola service running from the building in summer (late June through Labor Day). For guests who want the full Breckenridge experience with more space and less noise.

The private balcony frames gondola and mountain views — the right setting for morning coffee or sunset. The gourmet kitchen has high-end appliances and stone counters. The living room features a large TV, gas fireplace, and queen sleeper sofa. Heated garage parking is included.

Access is via electronic key cards and parking passes issued at check-in.

This property is professionally managed by Gilson Property Group — not an individual host. Every stay is prepared to the same standard: thorough cleaning, quality linens, and responsive support from booking through checkout.

A $250 security deposit is collected prior to arrival — similar to a hotel holding a credit card on file — and released in full after checkout once all access items are returned. Guests may also choose a non-refundable Damage Waiver instead, selected during the pre-arrival verification process.

Our guest portal also includes our full concierge menu: private chef, grocery and alcohol delivery, airport transportation, welcome kits, in-home spa services, early check-in and late checkout, guided excursions, and local recommendations — all available to browse and book at your convenience, before or during your stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this VIP location on Peak 7! This condo was fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay.The condo has an up to date design, a fully stocked kitchen and two full double sink bathrooms. The kitchen has an entry way with hooks and a bench. There is a washer and dryer in unit with extra pods. The kitchen has a standard coffee pod & a K cup machine. Large fridge and freezer space and an entire pantry for storage. There is a ski locker on first floor making it super easy to hit the slopes first thing. The common space had a comfortable pullout couch, and a large dining table. We had no problem working the TVs or WiFi. The outdoor patio was perfectly situated for the kids to watch us ski down the hill at the end of the day. The hot tub is directly below the patio, but we never once had any issues with noise. Both bathrooms were very spacious and came with large shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles. The towels were actual towels, not cheap towels. The main bedroom had a king, second bedroom had a queen. Extra pillow and blankets available. Only changes:-add hooks to bathrooms to hang towels/wet clothes-laundry baskets for each room-throw pillows for couch-pizza cutterWe loved our stay and will definitely be back!
