This charming and sparkling, clean house allows for the chance to live tastefully and comfortably while being away from home. It is quaint but large enough that one or multiple people can stay together under one roof
The living room is large and open concept with a fireplace that has a vintage record player inside of it. 2 Ethan Allen swivel chairs and one sofa with nice “feel good” pillows and an ottoman. TV and vintage music box (located the fireplace) for entertaining. We encourage people to throw the pillows on the floor(or use them) and just relax on the sofa!

There is a big, open kitchen and brand new appliances and all the utensils, pots/pans, small appliances--and some spices--you need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner! You will appreciate unique touches throughout the home that makes this an extra special place. You can travel back in time, stay in the present here, or do both. Everything you might need to feel comfortable are at your disposal, including fresh new towels and sheets, cozy blankets and throws, laundry area with washer/dryer and detergent and dryer sheets, very comfortable beds with new mattresses, and a HADEN coffee maker for fresh coffee. A bag of ground coffee, and a bottle of Jam Jar wine(red) is complimentary to all guests!

There is an abundance of space and privacy in this home so that everyone can spread out. You will find a tasteful dining room that seats up to 6 people. The dining room is not only a great place to eat and have conversations, but it also great for a workspace. Move the flowers and table runner and set up shop on the wood table. Perfect for spreading paperwork out. Great back ground view and perfect lighting for zoom calls.

There are 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms downstairs with one full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms upstairs with one full bathroom. Each bedroom has unique themes from extensive traveling and family memorabilia to add to its charm. One of the bedrooms upstairs have a yoga mat that is steamed after use, for those that want to practice while visiting. If you want to spend time outside, there is a spacious front porch with chairs for you and guests. Additionally, there is a great backyard in the back where you can just gather friends or family to just enjoy nature. Free onsite parking. There is enough parking for 6 cars in the driveway. There is a hallway upstairs where you can sit in the chair to read, relax, or enjoy the artwork.

To maintain the quality of this home and keep a hypoallergenic environment, there are no pets allowed. Smoking, drugs, and parties are not permitted. Group retreats, Travelers, Family gatherings, Team meetings, Book clubs, and special occasion events are welcomed. Feel free to reach out before booking for questions. Multi-discounts available. This house is conveniently located to pretty much everything in Winston Salem. Easy commute to Atrium and Novant Hospitals; 7 minutes to Downtown Winston Salem for cool eateries and shopping; 5 minutes from UNCSA and Washington Park, 10 minutes to proximity of Old Salem, Reynolda drive, WFU, WSSU; 40 minutes to Yadkin Valley Wine Area(I can help you curate this if you like); 30 minutes to Pilot Mountain (I can help you curate this as well)

If you are traveling, we are located 30 km from Piedmont Triad Airport, the property is close to attractions such as M C Benton Jr Convention Center (7 km), LJVM Coliseum (10 km), and Wet 'n Wild Emerald Pointe (44 km). 15-20 minutes to High Point. 35 minutes to Greensboro, NC. Just in case you want to visit the Piedmont Triad area. It is so much to do!
