The space located on a private canal with an open view of Tampa Bay, this home is perfectly situated for both fun on the water and the entertainment of downtown St. Pete.
Right out your back door you'll be able to go kayaking, fishing, boating, jet skiing, and swimming whenever you want(POOL DOES NOT HEAT, ONLY SPA). Or, drive just 10 minutes away to downtown St. Pete and enjoy renown restaurants, museums and live music. This 3-bed 2-bath house lives large with its open floor plan, large windows and sliding glass doors.
The kitchen is newly renovated (2022) with high-end, state of the art JennAire appliances and outfitted for the most discerning chefs. The large island is perfect for entertaining and the Wi-Fi sound system and lighting create just the right ambiance for whatever mood suits you.
The large, curved 60" TV can be seen from the kitchen and the leather sectional in the living room seats a crowd. If needed, you have a full office with curved 30' monitor and Wi-Fi printer.

The master bedroom is spacious with ample closet space and 12-foot sliding glass door that opens to the spill over spa right outside. Planned for privacy, the hot tub is surrounded by Cana Lillies and Palm trees with an open view out to Tampa Bay. You'll also enjoy the view of Tampa Bay from the master bed where you can see spectacular sunrises.
The adjoining, newly renovated (2022) master bath is equipped with high-end Kohler and Groehe fixtures and fittings. The lighted vanities with medicine cabinet and make-up mirror make dressing a pleasure after a luxurious shower. Of note is the double shower head and shower wand as well as the hands-free Kohler bidet-toilet that opens with motion sensor and cleans itself with ultra violet light.
Two other bedrooms with shared bath complete the sleeping accommodations for you and your party. Both bedrooms have large TVs and ample closet space equipped with California Closet-like systems. Workout with weights located in the larger bedroom if you'd like and use the 3rd bedroom as either an office or bedroom with its queen sized sleeper sofa, whatever you'd like.
A lovely feature of this home is the wildlife that is unique to this area. We have a huge selections of birds including pelicans, osprey, egrets, and herons that will come and visit you during your stay. However, if you're very lucky you'll be visited by dolphins and manatees or see cormorants fishing as you kayak. Life just doesn't get any sweeter.
