The property was very clean and the views were amazing. My grandkids love playing on the porch. It wraps all the way around the house and we just had a wonderful time.

This wonderful property is definitely worth staying in if you are planning a Canyon Lake adventure. It is thoughtfully maintained, spotlessly clean and even has well-placed, motion-controlled night lights to illuminate the rooms at night. Vacay was very responsive to our few inquiries while on site. Overall, a definite return!

Great lake getaway!

The BoGi house was great! The lake view was beautiful, and the location was excellent - close enough to restaurants and convenience stores while feeling like you were secluded. The covered patio was a wonderful place to lounge and listen to the birds in the morning or the cicadas at night while stargazing. The arcade games were a fun addition that we enjoyed as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Place

Great spot in the Hill Country we were able to get to all the locations of interest on our list. Wish the lake water was higher but nothing you can do about that.Sunset on the deck was beautiful.

Nice Fall getaway!

Very nice, quiet cottage with a great view of the lake and wildlife. VERY clean with all of the touches you would enjoy at home...and then some! Great large deck and covered patio was very relaxing, quiet and comfortable. Would stay here again!

Tranquil & Scenic

Great house and incredible view of the lake. Lots of wildlife in the area (deer, grey fox, squirrels, raccoons, etc.). We spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the view and fresh air. Looking forward to the next opportunity to visit.

Amazing Views!

We loved the location of the home! The views were stunning, and we enjoyed watching the deer in the mornings and evenings. The game room was perfect for the kids, and the ping pong table provided endless fun. There was so much to do in this home to keep everyone entertained. We would definitely come back!

Nice getaway

The house was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. LOVED the view of the lake and outdoor space. Kids loved the arcade games, board games, and ping pong table. There’s a multi-level deck, and the weather was gorgeous and so we enjoyed a lot of outdoor time. So many birds and deer. The lake was a short walk down. It’s paved with steps halfway, and the other half you do have to hike through a little bit of brush and rocks, but very doable. Check-in and check out were very easy. Communication was great. I wish check out time was a little later like 11:00 instead of 10:00, but not a big deal. Would stay here again

Simply wonderful property

Don't let the unassuming front appearance of this house fool you. This property was just what we were looking for a four-day, November trip. The Property was clean and the check in process was easy and efficient. We were greeted by deer on the winding road into the neighborhood (deer literally in the yard) and a curious raccoon that kept their distance. Interior is nicely remodeled. Enough space for two people to stretch out and not have to share bathrooms. The ping-pong table was nice to have and plenty of other games to keep you busy. Now what sold me was the deck...simply amazing. No overhanging trees to obscure the night sky and the winding steps down to the lake were a nice workout. Albeit the lake was at a historic low, the sunset and sunrise were something else to take in. TVs in every room if you need to have variety and the king bed was nice to sleep in. All appliances/supplies you need are in the kitchen. Dining room table with panoramic window a HUGE plus. The only issue we had was with the initial booking, although I think this was a Vrbo thing rather than the property. We were charged for the full amount and received confirmation of payment, but a few hours later we got a call from the property management team letting us know the payment had not gone through. Ended up being Vrbo only charged us for their posting fee and kicked back the fee owed to the property. Employee from property called us and ended up working everything out. We would LOVE to book again!
