On the main level of the home, you will find a spacious open floor plan. The well-equipped second-floor kitchen features modern appliances to create tasty home-cooked meals for your family after a day of beachcombing and/or kayaking.

The ground-level floor offers a secluded in-law suite with one master suite, a secondary living room, and an enjoyable kitchen area. The second level offers a spacious living room area featuring large windows, a fireplace, and a DAKBoard showing the tide, calendar, and weather for the day, making it a perfect place to call home, along with a half bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. The third level of the home features Bedroom 2 King bed with a private balcony, Bedroom 3 Queen bed with a private balcony, Bedroom 4 queen bed, and Bedroom 5, double twin beds, all with 2 shared hall bathrooms.

Bring The Boat! You will love the private walkway to the Intracoastal Waterway from the back deck. Have a seat on the sundeck located right on the Intracoastal Waterway walkway.
