The living room, kitchen, and dining area are located on the third level with incredible, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean.

There are two primary bedrooms, one on the third level with an ensuite bathroom that features a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. It also has a private balcony with expansive views of the Intracoastal marsh to enjoy the sunset. The second primary bedroom overlooks the ocean and pool with an ensuite bathroom and a private covered balcony with the outdoor hot tub and outdoor shower. There are two additional bedrooms also located on the second level with access to yet another balcony overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.

The shared pool is typically open from May through September 30th.
