New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Relax and enjoy the view overlooking the canal from this home's large screened-in porch. Dolphin Run is a four-bedroom, two-bath home that features an open family room and kitchen. Upstairs, you'll find a king bedroom and queen bedroom. There is a downstairs sitting area with a second kitchen, a king bedroom, and a queen bedroom. There are also interior stairs and a separate entrance for the downstairs area. Other amenities include central heat and air, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, cable TV, free WiFi, and a boat dock. The boat lift is not available.

This home is in a perfect location. The design is wonderful with 2 separate floors for 2 families. The screened in porch is delightful, and the home itself has been updated and is very modern and well stocked.

Great location

My family loved this spot. We had access to the intracoastal from out dock and the quickest walk to beach access. Had an incident with sink leak and management sent repair almost immediately. Would rent again.

Beautiful Home

The downstairs is beautifully renovated, the upstairs is nice also. There are stairs throughout the house. The canal view was very nice.

Wonderful house!!!

Clean!!!! Very well stocked. Quiet. Perfect for families with older kids or teens. Fishing was great off the private dock. Will rent again!

Had a great time! Cleaning could have been better. TV upstairs should have same cable package as TV’s downstairs. Fishing from dock was fun. Response from Vacasa was quick and helpful for questions.

Perfect location

My family has always insisted on ocean front but this year I got to pick. Since my partner and I both kayak, this location was ideal. Just a short walk to the beach and right near the ICW park, this place was perfect for us. The house was very clean and well stocked. You may want to bring a large boil pot because the pots here are smaller and are not non-stick. Master bed upstairs was comfortable. My main complaint is that the furniture in both the living areas is extremely uncomfortable, but this just meant we spent more time on the awesome porches. Loved this place and would book again !

The house was nicely laid out with a nearly independent upstairs and downstairs. It would be appropriate for a family with teens or for two related family units. The upstairs decks were very pleasant, and a private dock on the canal would appeal to any boat owners. As noted in other reviews, there was a noticeable smell on the first floor. We found that by running the downstairs fan 24/7, the smell was almost entirely gone by the end of the week. Bed linens were provided with a welcome surprise of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. This is unusual for a Holden Beach rental, in our limited experience. This was one of the few houses that we saw that was not on stilts. The lower level was at ground level, which may be related to the smell.
