A charming and serene experience awaits when you choose this oceanfront haven as your home away from home in the heart of Atlantic Beach Circle. Detailed with beautifully designed and coastal-themed decor, this family cottage presents a welcoming place to soak up the sun and make memories with loved ones. An expansive deck offers plenty of room to unwind, while a private boardwalk takes you straight to the sand.

Inside your welcoming home, find four well-furnished bedrooms to end blissful days. A downstairs den offers another place to play games, watch movies, or relax with a book. You will also find two beds for additional sleeping options. The kitchen has all you need to create group meals, but you can also stroll to multiple beachfront restaurants to taste the local fare.

Great location

The house has a great location, oceanfront, close to restaurants, shops, and the pier. Beds and rooms are comfortable. Only downfall to the house are the showers, small and only on the lower level. We had a great stay and enjoyed the house, especially the back porch.

Fields Cottage

My family really enjoyed our yearly vacation this year at Fields Cottage. Very roomy, well stocked house with plenty of bed space. Couldn’t ask for a better location close to all of Atlantic beach amenities. Very short walk out onto the beach. We spent a lot of time on the back porch listening to the waves. Really couldn’t think of anything that would make this place better except maybe a washer and dryer otherwise the place was great, we would for sure come back!

Adorable cottage by the sea

We loved our September stay here. Plenty of beds for a large family or group. Adorable home with lots of character and craftsmanship. Very clean and tidy. Plenty of linens. The only thing I would add would be the stairs to all of the showers. The wooden steps make it a bit tricky and uneasy for small kids or older folks that are an unstable on their feet. I think carpet would be a little safer. Other than that, it’s a perfect home!

Griffin’s Stay Oceanfront in Atlantic Beach

We rented Fields Cottage because it is oceanfront, walking distance to several great restaurants, and the pictures showed a warm comfortable decor. Overall we liked the cottage. Our first three days were great on the beach and visiting local restaurants. Our last two days and nights were spent riding out the effects of Tropical Storm Ophelia. The cottage kept us safe. We were a little disappointed to find that the showers were both on the bottom floor and very small. The listing doesn’t make that clear. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Kelly Griffin

Great location, well equipped kitchen but those showers…..

This would be a great home for a large family to use. 5 bedrooms with 2 family room areas. Very well equipped kitchen with an ice maker in the refrigerator. Great new deck with lots of seating and a hammock. As another reviewer stated the showers are very small - they are ! If you are a larger person they would be an issue, they were for me. They are truly the only negative I have for this home.

Amazing location and porch but old school amenities

This cottage has an amazing location on a beautiful beach with a huge new porch, dining room, lovely clean and comfortable living room, master and upstairs 2nd bedroom. Also ample space for a large family in terms of beds. The challenges are tiny, dingy basement showers, very small toilet closet downstairs, lack of laundry or dishwasher (and toaster oven also broken). Also downstairs has some problems with various beds (four poster bed sways dangerously but likely just needs the frame tightened as we have a similar bed at home). I recommend leaning into family informal feel with additional family games in basement space and addressing the basic amenities and bathroom challenges. Overall we had a wonderful week in spite of the challenges - cottage was comfortable and clean and we spent most of our time on the beach. For the price you are getting tons of beds but difficult bathrooms, and small kitchen won’t actually support a group big enough to fill all the beds! Just have to decide if you are ok with the challenging kitchen and bathrooms. Our family really uses dishwasher, laundry and showers constantly so felt we spent more time than we wanted cleaning up, doing dishes and washing clothes by hand when we wanted to enjoy the beach!

Cute Cottage

This house is super cute and very convenient to the beach! Great deck and right at the beach without having to go up or down steps which was nice with a wagon of stuff! Lots of dining and lounging space including the basement that has been redone for kids or teenagers. It’s furnished with plenty of chairs/couches and games, tvs, puzzles for indoor time too! Lots of beds and bedrooms! Great parking and easy rental company to work with. However the showers are small and both downstairs beside each other (which limited who showered and when- spouses or parents/kids). Our kids were old enough to shower on their own, but I’d imagine if you had younger children that needed help it would be too small bc the area/room outside of the shower is just as small. You really have to come out into the basement to dry off, etc. They aren’t tubs but more built in showers. We read about the small showers and saw pics but still not quite what we were expecting- keep that in mind if that’s a big deal for you. Overall we loved the house, location and price- and will return :)
