Welcome to your private Temecula Wine Country retreat, a beautifully appointed single-story 4-bedroom, 3-bath home offering comfort, space, and resort-style amenities for extended stays. Perfect for guests relocating, in between homes, or traveling for work, this fully furnished property provides the ideal balance of relaxation and convenience.
Step inside and experience a warm, inviting layout designed for easy living. The spacious living room features plush seating, large windows framing scenic Wine Country views, and a welcoming atmosphere that instantly feels like home. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials for everyday cooking. With four well-furnished bedrooms, everyone has their own comfortable retreat. This home offers the comfort of everyday living with the amenities of a luxury retreat — a perfect haven for those seeking both convenience and serenity in Temecula Wine Country.
Things to know about the property:
There is a Casita Unit that is Detached from this main home, it sits below the Home & Pool area out by the properties private vineyard. The property owner may or may not stay in this unit from time to time. Guest would be alerted prior to the owner coming to stay in that unit and the Guest would not be bothered if the Owner choices to stay in the unit. The unit is far enough away that you would not even know if someone is there or not. Owner does not come to stay at the unit that often but could happen time to time during a stay.
Pool & Hot Tub Heating are additional costs to the stay. If you choose to never heat the pool or hot tub then no access will be provided. You are able to use the pool & hot tub if you do not want to heat it. There is no charge to use it, only if you want either heated. If you want to use the hot tub while staying or have pool heated please inquire to discuss the different options of charges. Guest is only charged for the additional Propane Gas Utility used to heat the pool or hot tub during the stay.
Utilities and all services are included with stay. Utilities include things such as Wifi, Electric, gas for the home usage, and water. The monthly cost to stay in the home the utility usage has been based off 4 people living in the home, if the utilities are found to be used at a higher amount during the stay the guest agrees to pay the difference. Please inquire if you would like to know those usage amounts included with the stay as it varies with the time of year. The property has regular weekly trash pick-up, landscaping, and pool service. Guest agrees to ensure all services are able to be performed, if any service is disrupted or the service requires more of a cost due to a Guest issue the Guest will be responsible to pay the additional fee due to the additional cost caused.
Only Guest(s) on reservation are allowed on property. Guest are able to have additional guests over within reason. If it is just 1 or 2 additional guests stopping by occasionally this is no issue. If it is continually please let the Host know the situation prior to booking. This property is not able to be used for any sort of events or parties at anytime during the stay. There are things within reason allowed, please contact the Host with any questions.
Max cars parked on property is 4. There is no garage for the property, there is not one attached. The garage was converted into a the game room you see with poker table.
This property must be rented for 29 nights or longer per Riverside County Ordinance 927.3.
No wood burning fires allowed on property.
No illegal drug use allowed on property.
No smoking of any kind allowed inside or on property.
The cleaning fee charged is for check-out cleaning. This covers a deeper cleaning of the home after checking out and linen cleaning. We do have cleaning services available during the stay if you would like to add. We do have a check-out list we ask the Guest to do upon leaving. Please let us know if you would like receive a copy of that. We do not expect for you to deep clean the property and hand it back to us the way we handed to you, but we do ask for general basic cleanliness maintained during your stay with us.
Majority of all Guests treat the home wonderful and we appreciate it, we have to outline some of these items for the less amount who might have not booked a property before. Thank-you for reading.
