Welcome to S’more Lake Time, your slice of paradise on Lake Anna! This one-of-a-kind lakefront home is all about the view—every room looks out over the water or the peaceful courtyard and Japanese garden.

Set on 2 private acres at the lower end of the lake, the home features 200 feet of waterfront in a quiet no-wake zone cove. It’s the perfect spot for swimming, floating, or kayaking without worrying about boat traffic. There’s even a sandy beach where kids (and adults!) can play the day away.

Inside, you’ll find 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a bonus bunk room, giving everyone plenty of space to spread out. With two family rooms, a dining room, a fully stocked eat-in kitchen, and a breezeway with a foosball table and extra seating, there’s room for everyone to relax and hang out together.

Step outside to enjoy lake life at its best—grill dinner on the large deck or screened porch, watch the sunset over the water, and end the night around the fire pit making (you guessed it!) s’mores. Down by the lake, you’ll find a gazebo for shaded meals, tie-up space for your boat or jet ski, and plenty of comfy spots to unwind.

You’ll also have high-speed internet, cable TV, and parking for up to 8 vehicles.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Parking: Up to 8 vehicles (no parking or driving on the grass).

Events: Not allowed without prior approval.

Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
No Events, No Pets, Must be 25 years of age, No Fireworks. To ensure a smooth stay, guests will be asked to complete a brief rental agreement and registration form after booking.
