The Space:

Schantzis on the Gulf is a beautiful home-away-from-home beach condo on the intracoastal.

From our family to yours.... We have gone to great lengths to ensure that Schantzis on the Gulf will leave you comfortable and relaxed, offering you the perfect home base for your time in Clearwater Beach. From sunrise to sunset, our home is bright and airy. Enjoy watching breathtaking sunrises over the Clearwater bridge through the living room's panoramic windows or from the comfort of our East-facing patio chairs. And when sunset comes, swing around to the South side of our large, well-appointed patio. Indoors, our home boasts a roomy 1800+sf with 3 elegantly decorated bedrooms, each with its own smart streaming TV and DVD player, and 2 whimsical bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower and the other with a tub/shower combo. With a king, a queen, and two twin beds, our home comfortably sleeps 6. And with two hotel-grade roll-away beds and a porta-crib, a few extra children can make themselves at home. Our spacious kitchen has all the appliances and kitchen gadgets needed to prepare a gourmet dinner or a wholesome holiday feast. Wifi is accessible throughout and on the patio. We are easily accessible on the 2nd floor, just above the covered ground-level parking area, with direct access via the stairwell on the south side of the building or elevator in the lobby (your parking pass will be waiting for you when you arrive). You will enjoy amazing views of the intracoastal waterway, where you'll see dolphins swimming, schools of fish and the occasional manatee. The pool is readily accessed from the patio. And a gas grill is available for your use. But as much as you will love it here, we know how important your beach days will be—check out the closet in the second bedroom, which is stocked with beach toys, a cart, coolers, floats and a beach tent. Upon your return, you can use the wash-up area near the lobby entrance to wash off the sand; toss your things in the full-size washer dryer in our laundry room; and be ready for whatever the next day brings.
