ID Verification: For security purposes, we kindly request a valid photo ID from the primary booker prior to arrival.

House Rules: Any violations of house rules may result in a fine or cancellation of your reservation without refund.

Luggage Drop-Off: Unfortunately, luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: These options are subject to availability, especially when we have same-day bookings. A small fee of $25 per hour applies to accommodate our cleaners’ schedule.

Wi-Fi: Managed by building management; any intermittent connection issues have been reported for improvement.

Supplies: Towels and linens are not replenished during your stay, but convenience stores are within walking distance for anything you might need.

Maintenance: Shared amenities like the pool may occasionally close for maintenance without prior notice.

NOTE : A refundable security deposit of $250 is required prior to check-in. This deposit is collected at the time of guest completing pre-check-in verification and will be held on your payment method for the duration of your stay. We provide a Damage Waiver option. This waiver covers reported incidental damage to the property during your stay, ensuring that minor mishaps don't disrupt your visit or your finances.
