• Absolutely no smoking of any kind. This includes marijuana. No pot in any form. No vaping.

• Please do not wear shoes throughout the house. There is a shoe tray to the left of the door when you enter.

• Please close and lock all windows and exterior door when you leave.

• No candles.

• Please, nothing but toilet paper should go in the toilet. There’s a little trash bin for everything else.

• Please turn off all lights when leaving the house.

NOTE: There is new construction taking place and this community is zero lot lines so homes are close together in this gated community.
