Welcome to The JacqShaq, your lakefront retreat!

Whether you’re looking for a peaceful winter getaway or a lively summer vacation filled with lake fun, this fully furnished newly remodeled home is designed to make your stay comfortable and memorable.


We are in a great location 2 miles north of the Conesus Lake public launch. On your way, stop at the historic local store, Shoreless Acres, for the best breakfast sandwiches and homeade donuts on the weekend. (Don't forget to try their basket of fries!!) Looking for some amazing hikes, Letchworth State Park is just 20 miles away and historic Geneseo is just across the lake. Visit some of the best breweries and enjoy some finger lake wines with incredible views. We are just 30 minutes from the Rochester airport off of 390 south.

KEY FEATURES:

3 bedrooms including 1 king size bed, two queen beds and full size pull out couch. All linens are provided, and extra pillows and blankets are available.
*Private dock and an upper and lower deck that offers both sun and shade so you can enjoy it all day long!

*Outdoor Entertainment includes 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and plenty of space to dock your boat or jet skis.

*Upper deck: Gas fire pit with cushioned chairs to seat 8 guests. (propane provided) A bar top that seats 4 people to host happy hour or a small dinner with beautiful views of the lake.

*Lower deck: Large propane gas grill, 2 rocking chairs and a swinging chair, just off a beautiful lower level that sleeps 2 more guests if needed.

*Full size washer & dryer and supplies provided, iron & ironing board

*2 Full baths: Upstairs bath includes tub and shower, with granite basin sink. Downstairs includes a luxury 5 x 5 luxury walk in shower with handheld shower head. Bathroom essentials include hair dryer, bath and hand towels, washcloths, various toiletries & more. Beach towels also provided.
*Half bath on first floor
*Fully stocked kitchen includes spices, crockpot, air fryer, blender, serving bowls, cookware, utensils. Ask us - we likely have it

*4 Smart TVs 3 with AppleTV and 1 Roku

KITCHEN
Enjoy the many local restaurants or stay in and cook a gourmet meal. The kitchen has full size appliances including a refrigerator with water dispenser and icemaker, and is fully stocked with spices, oils, foil, plastic wrap, storage containers, toaster oven, blender, hand mixer, slow cooker, air fryer, full set of dishes, pots/pans, utensils, bakeware, glasses and melamine dishware/cups for outdoors, etc.

Amazing views, cozy seating, ceiling fan, books/games, 55” Smart TV, gas fireplace.

BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1: King bed, incredible view of the lake, dresser, TV with AppleTV and Roku remotes, ceiling fan, mini-split wall airconditioner and heater with remote.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet, portable AC and heater with remote, extra pillows & blankets, ceiling fan, Roku TV

Lower Level:
Large space overlooking the water with work desk and working printer. Full size couch with pullout bed. Cozy sitting area with gas fireplace, Large TV with AppleTV & remote. Seperate room with large washer and dryer, ironing board, iron and full private full bath.
Guest access
Guests access the entire house and property. Private parking for 3 vehicles as well as plenty of space across the street on our adjacent property for a trailer** or additional vehicles if needed.

Winter rentals get access for 1 car in our attached garage.

The dock, kayaks and paddleboards are seasonal, May 15 -Oct 1 (weather permitting). The dock has additional bumpers to moor a boat of up to 21 ft.
