Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Even though the lake is temporarily gone you can still sit by the fire and hear the rapids of the river. Living Room:
Large Living Room open to the Dinning and Kitchen. Gas fireplace and Smart TV with YouTube Tv streaming service. One of the sofas turns into a queen size bed.

Dining Room:
Open to Living Room and Kitchen.

Kitchen:
Is equipped with basic cooking needs. Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster and all your eating utensils.

Laundry Room:
Washer, Dryer, laundry detergent for a few loads of laundry is available for your use.

Bedroom 1:
Queen size bed and smart tv.

Bedroom 2:
Bunkbeds. Lower bunk is a queen size and upper bunk is a twin size. There is also a smart tv in this room.

Sunroom:
Living space with a view of the river / lake.

Game Room / Garage:
Pool table, table tennis table, foosball table, and darts. This room also has a smart tv.

Boat House:
4 Kayaks, yard games, water raft are stored here for your use.

Yard:
Fire Pit with firewood and yard games for your use.
