The unit fits 4 adults. Any additional overnight guests will be billed at the rate of $25 per guest per night.
For parking, you'll have the entire side of the driveway closest to the house. There is also free street parking with no street sweeping or alternate side parking restrictions.
This is a very safe neighborhood with neighbors who all look out for each other! No parties are permitted. External cameras are monitored for guest safety and the downstairs tenant’s comfort and safety. Any parties are in violation of this agreement and will result in immediate termination of our contract as well as a minimum $500 deep cleaning fee.
