- PARKING RESTRICTIONS – Driveway space is limited to 1-2 vehicles. Boats, trailers, and motorcycles are not permitted.
- FIREWORKS & LASER POINTERS PROHIBITED – Fireworks are illegal within city limits and strictly prohibited on the property. The use of laser pointers is also illegal and not allowed.
